Avoid infecting others

A cold is highly contagious. Blow your nose into a tissue and dispose of it immediately. Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth to prevent the spread of germs. If possible, avoid close contact with other people.

Moisten your nose and throat

Dry air can worsen cold symptoms. Use a humidifier or place damp towels on the radiator to keep the room air moist. Also moisturize the skin around your nose to prevent pain from frequent blowing.

Drink plenty of fluids

Drinking helps keep mucous membranes moist and thins mucus, making it easier to blow your nose. Warm drinks such as herbal teas, warm water with honey and lemon, or broth help cleanse the body.

Rest and relax

1 tablet every 4–6 hours
